Welcome to the ‘Human electrochemistry’ symposium
hosted by OnePlanet Research Center.
This is an immersive, engaging, one-day long program, where scientists passionate about electrochemistry have the opportunity to gather together. The purpose of this symposium is to bring together international scholars working in the field of electrochemistry connected to health and well-being. We aim to showcase the recent advances in technological and biochemical routes towards a future where electrochemical sensors might be key players in preventive health and diagnostics.
The symposium will discuss the current innovation in the field of electrochemical sensors with particular attention to the following topics:
- electrochemistry applied to sensors/biosensors,
- electrochemical sensors for in-situ monitoring,
- edible and ingestible sensors,
- sensor miniaturization and antifouling strategies.
The one-day program includes four international invited speakers, and it has been carefully structured to encourage mutual inspiration and fruitful debate among researchers.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Wageningen, The Netherlands.
